Strategic Planning for Country Programs: Expert Research and Consulting Services in Timor-Leste

Oxfam in Timor-Leste requested Bridging Peoples support in facilitating a series of country strategic planning workshops, for Oxfam staff to systematically review their programming across Timor-Leste and plan for the future.

The planning process took into account their organisational structures and processes, partnership approach, staffing, and stakeholder perceptions of their efficiency and legitimacy.

The workshops were facilitated in 2015.
