Learning from each other.

There are many community-based organisations and local NGOs that are operating with minimal support, and in quite isolated environments. Through our network, we provide support and up-to-date information on community and organisational development principles and practices, and encourage peer learning between different members. The network is designed to promote an ongoing, organic discussion on what is working, what is not, and why, which also helps us to stay fresh and grounded!

Our network is run through a closed online group, which is actively facilitated by Bridging Peoples staff. Membership is currently limited to Timorese community development workers who are working with, or directly supporting, a local NGO or community-based organisation, but we may expand in the future.
